What we store
If you request access, we store your name, normalized email address, intended use, consent time, and review status. If registered, we also store your account status, remaining trial sessions, completed drafts, optional AI refinements, assessments, coaching output, scores, and writing metrics.
Why we store it
We use these records to review pilot requests, provide your two-session pilot, show your progress, evaluate service quality, prevent invitation abuse, and support the service.
Protection and access
Writing content and AI feedback are encrypted at rest. Invitation codes and email sign-in tokens are stored only as keyed digests. Administrators can review access requests, manage accounts, and view aggregate usage but do not receive unrestricted access to writing content by default.
Retention
Access requests, pilot accounts, and writing records are retained for 90 days after the pilot concludes, then deleted or anonymized. Operational backups follow the same access restrictions and are removed through the backup retention cycle.
Your choices
AI actions occur only when you request them. Do not submit confidential third-party information. During the pilot, contact your Puli Consulting pilot administrator to request access to or deletion of your records.
